Urgent calibration is scheduled strictly upon prior request, therefore we kindly ask you to inform us about the need for this service in advance.

To arrange urgent calibration, it is necessary to provide complete information about the equipment in advance:

manufacturer;
model;
serial number;
brief description or instrument type.

This information must be provided before the equipment is accepted, delivered, or shipped.

Urgent calibration is not available if there is no approved calibration procedure for the relevant equipment.
Not all instruments are suitable for urgent calibration – some equipment requires prior stabilization under controlled conditions before measurements can be performed.

What is urgent calibration?

Urgent calibration is the priority execution of calibration work within shortened timeframes for equipment that is critical to the continuous operation of a laboratory or production facility

What are the turnaround times for urgent calibration?

Depending on the type of equipment and the agreed conditions, the following options are available:

same-day calibration;
next-business-day calibration.

Availability is confirmed after prior agreement.

Can all instruments be calibrated urgently?

No. Urgent calibration is only possible for equipment where:

an approved calibration procedure exists;
no prolonged stabilization of conditions is required;
the technical condition allows measurements to be performed without additional preparatory work.

Does urgent calibration comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements?

Yes. Regardless of the turnaround time, all calibration work is performed in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 with the issuance of a full calibration certificate.

Does the quality of results differ with urgent calibration?

No. Urgent calibration does not affect the quality, accuracy, or traceability of the results. The only difference is the priority scheduling of the calibration work.

What is the additional cost of urgent calibration?

Urgent calibration is performed with an additional charge. The surcharge depends on the selected turnaround time and the type of equipment and is agreed individually.

What information needs to be provided to place an order?

To arrange urgent calibration, it is necessary to provide:

the manufacturer and model of the instrument;
the serial number;
the type or description of the equipment;
the desired turnaround time.

Can urgent calibration be combined with on-site calibration?

Yes, in some cases urgent on-site calibration is possible, subject to technical feasibility and prior agreement.

What should I do if the equipment is not suitable for urgent calibration?

In such cases, we will offer the nearest available standard calibration schedule or an alternative solution based on your needs.
